Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClockPrayer (the "App"), provided by Yissue Inc ("Yissue," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Questions may be sent to dev@yissue.biz.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement with us to use the App. ClockPrayer is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the App or provide personal information through it.
App Purpose
ClockPrayer provides devotional, Bible reading, reflection, notification, and related personal-use features. The App is provided for informational and devotional purposes only and is not professional, medical, legal, financial, counseling, or emergency advice.
Accounts and Sign-In
Some features may require an account or authentication through Apple, Google, Kakao, Supabase, or another supported provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
User Content
You may save notes, preferences, reading progress, or other content through the App. You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the App.
You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including Supabase, Apple, Google, Kakao, and Expo Push Notifications. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Notifications
If you enable push notifications, the App may send devotional reminders, app updates, or other messages. You can disable notifications through your device settings or App settings where available.
Purchases and App Store Terms
If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payments and refunds may be handled by the applicable app store or payment provider. Apple, Google, or other platform terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the App except where legally permitted, use the App to violate any law, or remove ownership notices from App materials.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, software, branding, and related materials, is owned by Yissue Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights except the limited right to use the App as permitted here.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information in connection with the App. Please review it at /legal/clockprayer-privacy/.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yissue Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or if we discontinue the App or any feature. You may stop using the App at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above or provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
